Following our internal review into private healthcare companies we wish to announce some changes to our current procedures for dealing with insurance / healthcare companies. As some of you are aware the administration of dealing with certain healthcare providers is increasing.

As such, in order to keep treatment costs to a minimum, in some cases we may ask you to settle your account directly with us and then reclaim the fees from your insurer. We will provide you with a detailed receipt for your episode of care.

We apologise if this causes any initial inconvenience, but we believe that this will enable us to provide you with the best possible service at the best possible price.
